“My parents were very protective of my brother. As I took over caring for him, I did some things very differently. He and I got closer as his world expanded and blended into mine.”

MSSN Support Connection Are you an adult sibling, a parent of a young sibling, or a professional who works with siblings? The MSSN is connected to service providers throughout the state. Chances are, we can help connect you with the service you need in the town or area where you need it. Start by looking at our resources page. You can also use our contact page to let us know how we can help.
MSSN Workshops The MSSN hosts a variety of workshops. Our standard workshop reviews the sibling experience, strategies to support siblings across the life span, research on siblings, and the growing sibling movement. We typically deliver these workshops to sibling support groups, Parent Advisory Councils (PACs), service providers, as well as at local and national conferences. From helping parents support young siblings, to helping adult siblings prepare to take on caregiving responsibilities for their brothers or sisters, the MSSN can help you get the information you need. Please contact us to find out more or to schedule a workshop.
